Both National and regional Flags and Emblems of our motherland China and HKSAR are significant symbols of our national pride and honour.

They represent the foundation of our Country's Chinese values, our history, our culture and our visions.

With the support of HK Education Bureau and active local Schools, the PRC National and HKSAR Regional Flags & Emblems Exhibition aims to nurture patriotic virtues among students and the public through design perspectives, as well as better understanding of the past sacrifices leading to today’s prosperous stability.

With the mission of elevation of urban design standard and improvement of the livability of the cities in the Greater Bay Area,

the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design, CURB Center for Architecture and Urbanism – Macau, Guangzhou Urban Planning Association, Urban Planning Society of Shenzhen, and Zhuhai Planning Exploration and Design Industry Association ("Five Founding Member Institutes") agree to establish the Greater Bay Area Urban Designer Alliance ("the Alliance").

Winning projects of the The Greater Bay Area Urban Design Awards 2020 X HKIUD Urban Design Awards 2021 will be exhibited in [ 25 Years of Design ].

A poetic approach exhibiting a collection of outstanding public projects completed under HKSAR,

reflects the design development of diverse work types ranging from transport, medical, academic, community, housing, heritage, cultural and sports. The HK Government continues to have strong commitment in improving better design living environment for Hong Kong.

Design Made in Hong Kong 2022: Memphis and the Post-Contemporary Object

is a project commissioned by the Italian Cultural Institute - Hong Kong, in which Novalis Art Design provides concept and guidance to university students at the HK Design Institute to produce a set of new furniture that shows a contemporary interpretation of the Memphis Group. The Memphis Group defined '80s aesthetic and greatly revolutionised the design world. It expanded the boundaries of design, emphasizing the expressive possibilities of design as a vehicle of communication, rather than just one of utilitarian function.

The project will culminate in an exhibition of the students' work alongside original Memphis Group design masterpieces in the [ 25 Years of Design ] exhibition.
